ABOUT
Originally from Iowa, Emily Williams-Wheeler has lived in Fargo for over 25 years. Her career as a professional artist began in 1992. “Art is an involuntary movement for me—like breathing." Color is her strength and her passion as it shows in all her paintings. “There just aren’t enough hours in the day to create all the art I would like to. I just love to paint!” She has won many awards and leads painting and creativity workshops throughout the region. You can find her art in homes and businesses from coast to coast--even in Europe and Southeast Asia!
MISSION
Not only do I believe art enhances all aspects of my world, I believe creating and interpreting art make us better thinkers. Studio e offers "Art Enrichment and Creative Thinking" classes for children ages 6-18 years. Teaching and encouraging children to think creatively provides an opportunity for growth and development in problem solving. Sharing my love for color, texture, intrigue, and wit is my goal. Whether I deliver through my own artwork or by teaching children and adults, I meet my goal each and every day.
